Evermore Gather Grow Lead INC is a stable and trusted presence in Winnipeg's West Central Community, providing high-quality recreational and developmental programming for area youth. The West Central Community comprises the three inner-city neighbourhoods of Spence, St. Matthews and Daniel McIntyre.

Hi I’m Drew. I started working with Evermore because I enjoy working with kids and wanted to give back to the community. I began working with Evermore in 2019 and I’m thankful for the chance to be a good role model for the kids. Unfortunately, my time with Evermore was cut short due to COVID-19.
I reapplied to Evermore in 2024 because I remembered how welcoming and supportive the team was before everything shut down. I wanted to keep being a positive influence on the kids.
I'm excited to learn the new gym games, which have changed since I last worked with Evermore. I also look forward to connecting more with the kids through games, crafts, and Lego, and becoming a better role model.
At Evermore, I have learned that teamwork is even more important than I thought. Working together here has shown me how much more we can achieve.
A memorable moment for me was when I reminded the kids to tie their shoes before going to the gym. When one kid didn't Know how, two others helped by tying their shoes, showing the kindness and teamwork we have at Evermore.
I think my impact shows in the kids being more on time, paying more attention, and taking more responsibility. I'm proud to help them grow and develop.
