Rachel joined Evermore’s Board of Directors in November 2024 and is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where kids feel they belong. She brings over a decade of experience in post-secondary education and currently serves as a Strategic Advisor at the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business, specializing in strategic planning and data-informed decision-making. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading, golfing, birding, and spending time with her two-year-old son and energetic dog.

Manpinder has served on Evermore's Board of Directors since 2024 and Vice-Chairperson in September 2025. He is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for students and families through quality after-school programming. With experience working in after-school settings, he values the effort that goes into delivering impactful programs. Currently, Manpinder works with a Winnipeg real estate team and is a student at the University of Winnipeg.

Julien joined Evermore’s Board of Directors in February 2025, inspired by its mission to support youth through impactful programs. Currently pursuing a degree in political science at the University of Winnipeg, Julien brings experience in governance and community engagement to his role. He is passionate about creating meaningful change and giving back to the community. In his free time, Julien enjoys chess, reading, basketball, and following the UFC.

A CPA with expertise in finance, risk management, and sustainability, she brings a strategic, purpose-driven approach to Evermore’s operations. As a mum of three, Omolola is passionate about creating opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys solving puzzles and lives by the value: “Never stop learning.”

Juwon joined Evermore’s Board of Directors in February 2025, inspired by its mission to nurture children and build stronger communities. He works as a Data Science Specialist at TheoryMesh, leading machine learning projects focused on food traceability and sustainability. Juwon brings expertise in IT, strategic thinking, and collaboration to support Evermore’s growth. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, baking, and volunteering at his local church.

With over a decade of experience in personal and corporate finance, he is passionate about helping children and communities thrive through quality recreational and developmental programs. Outside of Evermore, Mike enjoys time with his partner, listening to business podcasts, and being the world’s best dog uncle.

Adekunle has been a member of Evermore’s Board since March 2022, inspired by the opportunity to shape governance outcomes for programs that support children and youth. A licensed attorney in Nigeria and Manitoba, he brings expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management to his role. Adekunle leverages his legal background to guide sound decision-making and ensure Evermore operates with integrity. Outside of work, he enjoys movies and cheering for his favorite football club, Arsenal.
