BUILDING COMMUNITY THROUGH CHILDREN

Hi, I'm Vansh Vasudev, a passionate youth program facilitator with a deep commitment to empowering young people. Most recently, I started serving as a Program Facilitator at Evermore. Evermore’s Evening Drop-in program welcomes children and youth aged 9-15 which was filled with engaging activities designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and foster lasting connections.
One of my proudest moments of working with children and youth in the past is supporting field trips and group activities with energetic campers.  It provided experiences that pushed my leadership skills and left me with newfound confidence in managing large groups. But what truly moves me is watching kids from different schools come together, form meaningful friendships, and light up during the team-building activities we've planned for them.
Through my work at Evermore, I've developed strong skills in event planning, program coordination, and youth engagement. More importantly, I've discovered my calling: creating spaces where young people can thrive, grow, and realize their potential. Every day spent supporting these kids reinforces why I'm passionate about youth development and committed to making a positive impact in our community.
